Helium Gas Charging Station
The Helium Gas Charging Station is a high-pressure facility for decanting, hydrostatic testing, and refilling helium flight bottles used in helicopter emergency floatation systems. The system handles helium gas at 400 bar in bottles of 9 and 18 litre capacity, providing complete recovery of helium gas from returned bottles, hydrostatic testing at 1.5x working pressure, and refilling of tested bottles.
