Oxygen Equipment Test Rig

About

Oxygen equipment test rig is used for testing of oxygen pressure regulators and solenoid valves at higher pressure of up to 3000 psi and lower pressure of 300 psi. Rig measures the outlet flow from the valve using flow meter of following ranges:

  • 50-500LPM
  • 0.5-5LPM
  • 30-300LPM
    • Pressure drop by pressure regulator or solenoid valve by using differential pressure gauge.

    • High Pressure Transmitter : 0-3000 psi, 0.25% accuracy, Least count = 1psi
    • Low Pressure Transmitter : 0-300 psi, 0.25% accuracy, Least count = 1psi
    • Pressure reducer for oxygen : Pressure range 0-3000psig for oxygen
    • Pressure reducer for oxygen : High Capacity (0-300 psig) for oxygen
    • Flow meter : 50-500 L/min, Accuracy=5%, LC=1 L/min
    • Flow meter: 0.5-5 L/min, Accuracy=2%, LC=1 L/min
    • Flow meter : 30-300L/min, Accuracy=2%, LC=1 L/min
