This unit is developed for leak testing of the Components fitted in CNG Circuit of Automotives namely NRV’s , Switches, Valves, Gauges etc at different test pressure & temperature.

The MWP of this system is 300 Bar and the Working medium is Nitrogen Gas / Air.

The major component of this system is Pneumatically Operated Haskel Gas Booster WP 5-8 Bar which boost the pressure of the Nitrogen Gas to 300 Bar using standard supply Nitrogen Cylinders.

The same Operation can also be done using Electric Compressor of Same range in case Plant Air Supply is not available.
